Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) refers to transportation services provided for individuals who need medical care but are not in a life-threatening emergency. This includes individuals with mobility issues, disabilities, or those who lack reliable transportation for getting to and from medical appointments. If you are experiencing an emergency PLEASE CALL 911.
We currently serve Central Maine and surrounding areas. If you’re unsure whether your location is within our service zone, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to check for you.
Our services are available to Medicaid, Medicare Advantage Plan, and privately insured clients. We also work with caregivers, senior living facilities, and hospitals.
We recommend scheduling at least 24-48 hours in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate same-day requests based on availability.
For now, we currently do not have wheelchair accessible vehicles but we are working hard to get those vehicles into our fleet as soon as possible.
We transport clients to doctor visits, physical therapy, dialysis, outpatient surgeries, and more. If it’s a non-emergency need, we’ve got you covered.
